Return Policy: CKL Keepsakes is committed to our customer’s satisfaction and we strive for all customers to be happy with their order. We will accept any Non-Personalized merchandise returns for store credit within 15 days of receipt, so long as the item has not been used. You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Identification Number (RI#) for items to be returned. Items being returned must be sent within 7 days of obtaining a return identification number. The return identification number expires after this seven day period at which time all sales are final if the item(s) to be returned have not already been sent to CKL Keepsakes. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CKL Keepsakes reserves the right to not accept any product returns that the customer fails to obtain a valid return identification number or any item(s) with notable usage. Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a refund or store credit for any personalized items.
We will notify you via e-mail of your in-store credit once we have received and processed the returned item(s). CKL Keepsakes will credit your store account with the purchase price of the returned item(s). You can expect confirmation of your in-store credit within 7 business days of our receiving your returned item(s). If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your in-store credit. If the returned item or items were placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling. Defective merchandise will be fixed or replaced at no cost. In addition, CKL Keepsakes will reimburse the customer for return shipping charges in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase. Replacement items will not be sent until the defective merchandise is received. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items for any other reason than defect or spelling errors on our part. Please be sure of spelling and design before you place your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please contact customer service for a return identification number within 15 days of receipt.
