I need my order tomorrow! Is next day delivery available?

Next day delivery may be available. Although it generally takes 3-5 business days to process orders, we may be able to provide rush delivery. If possible we will offer rush delivery for a nominal fee. If you need your bib immediately please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Contact Us!

Can I pay by check?

Yes. Simply print your order form and send your order with an enclosed check made out to CKL Keepsakes. Please note that we hold all personal checks for up to 7 business days before shipping your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Upon ordering you should receive an email confirmation with a link that you may use to check the status of your order. If you still have questions simply contact us, and we will be happy to answer any questions. You may also login to your account to retrieve up to date information about your order. Do I pay CKL Keepsakes or Paypal?

CKL Keepsakes uses Paypal as it's exclusive online payment processing vendor. We do what we do best, make adorable keepsakes, and allow Paypal the leading online payment processor to accept payments. When placing an order you will be directed to paypal to process an online payment to CKL Keepsakes. You will then be directed back to our website where you will receive confirmation of your order.

What are my shipping options?

Our standard options shipping include USPS, and UPS Ground. We may also ship via Fed Ex Ground or Airborne Express at our discretion for larger packages. Orders shipped via ground usually take 1-5 days to arrive, depending on location. CKL Keepsakes is located in Madison, WI. Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete in order to insure prompt delivery.

Do you ship outside the US?

Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed?

You can usually modify or cancel personalized orders within 24 hours after the order has been placed. However, once the personalized order has been started, the order cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.

How do I care for my baby bib?

For the best results caring for your keepsake we recommend washing with like colors on cold. We recommend drying keepsakes on permanent press; medium/low setting for best results.
